Very excellent service and a very helpful crew. The store is maintained very clean and organized. I found exactly what I was looking for without any issues. The manager makes sure he delivers the best of the best, most superior customer service. 100% recommend.

Today, I walked into your store to pick up a few items that I needed. I had never been there before. I encountered one of your employees, Heriberto (sp?) who I asked where I could find the concrete screws. He told me where and as I proceeded to the area, he followed me. He assisted me in getting the correct size. I then asked him who I could talk to about getting some paint. He said that he could help me with that and made sure that I got exactly what I needed. He also told me where I could find the other painting supplies that I needed. When I paid for everything, he put it in a cart to take out to my car, he offered to take it out for me and I told him that that wasn't necessary. I was stunned that I received all of this help and courtesy from him. I left Miami over 45 years ago and have recently returned. I can count on one hand (and have fingers left over) the businesses here that will actually help a customer without making you feel that you, as a paying customer, are imposing on them. I hope that you will recognize employees like Heriberto, as they are a very valuable asset to your company. Additionally, the store was well stocked and orderly. Thank you and I will definitely be back whenever I'm in town.

Amazing store! This team is incredibly knowledgeable & helpful. I always shop here & ship out all my ups packages. The manager Marvin has gone above & beyond to help me. They even help me load my car with packages. I can’t say enough good things. Ayani has helped me with all my shopping needs. Such a sweet girl. Thanks team 🙏 definitely 10/10 recommend. Don’t hesitate.

I recently moved to the border of Wynwood and Allapattah and needed a few things for the house. With the closest Home Depot and Lowe’s a bit of a drive, I was happy to stumble across this local hardware store while heading to the Post Office. It’s surprisingly well-stocked with most essentials—and even offers key-cutting services (though at nearly $4 a key). The staff is generally friendly and helpful. One standout is a Black gentleman who speaks English—he’s incredibly helpful and welcoming, and honestly makes the store worth returning to. I’ve been back a few times now, and he’s always there with the same great attitude. On the flip side, there’s an older Latino man who stands near the entrance and wears glasses. Unfortunately, he’s unhelpful and dismissive, which is a bit of a letdown given the otherwise positive experience. Overall, a great neighborhood hardware store with a few gems on staff—especially if you know who to ask for.
